I did not have a good experience with Dr. Brown/Dr. Brown's team. When you book Dr. Brown: you deal with his office for scheduling and then the location (in my case, Endoscopy Center/SLO, which was great). In dealing with Dr. Brown's office: you do not get to pick them time. They tell you. THEN they tell you they will confirm the time two days prior.
