UPDATE: it took 32 days to address the plumbing issue. I moved in and have loved this house like my own. I had a couple of minor requests that were addressed timely. Now 6 months into my lease and a major plumbing issue occurred and the management company has not been urgent to repair. I call daily, comment on the maintenance ticket I entered the first week of February. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had as a tenant. I’m trying to be understanding in the fact that they’re short handed but they don’t return calls and never answer their phone. My husband and I put in an application almost a month ago for a house in Kearney that still has a “for rent “ sign in the front yard. It was the perfect house for us but almost a month later- no communication whatsoever. So we’ve found another house.
