Jeffrey is very good at cutting hair. The best hair cute I had in 10 year's.
Jeffrey is not just one of the nicest hairstylists you'll meet, but just one of the nicest people you will meet in life. His shop is tucked away in the back part of the strip mall on Reseda. It's in the same strip mall as the Bazaar market, but on the opposite side in the back of the strip by the Syndicate shops. The vibe inside the shop was definitely homey with all of the customers being repeat clients that the staff seems to have known forever. They are so nice and so good and so reasonably priced. I can't imagine going any, other place!
