The only U-Haul with hundreds of miles I will use. I've been going to Kim at Jeffrey's RV and U-Haul for years. She makes the Rental process seamless, very professional, and is always a pleasure. There's plenty of room to back in your truck and hook up to a trailer or grab a truck and drive it out. If I could give her more than five I would.
Rented a one way 6x12 u Haul trailer from Jeffrey's and received excellent service. Paper work went smoothly and hookup service was great. Kim did an excellent job, friendly & professional. Suggestion, U Haul needs to attach trailer tongue Jack's for easier hookup on heavier larger trailers.
