I asked for a simple angled bob, neck length, shorter in the back and gradually longer toward the front. Instead of taking the time to section my hair, the hairdresser (who I believe is the owner) just combed it through and started cutting straight across. My mom and I have been going to Jeffrey's for over a year. A nice, clean, relaxed place for getting our hair done. I get color and haircut. My mom gets highlights, low lights, cut, perm or body wave. Inessa is very good and pleasant. I completely recommend.

Surprised there weren't more people but whatever
