I took my car to Jeffrey's Auto Body in N Syracuse to repair damage caused by a deer running into front driver side fender. They not only took over a month and did not restore the car, but caused additional damage. One example, the driver side front door had no damage from the deer, but the door would not open and the trim fell off. After multiple returns insisting it be repaired and restored failed, I had to take legal action. What a nightmare!
My wife was rear ended on Rt 81 and it caused over $8000.00 to repair her car. Jeffrey's was there every step of the way..with the insurance company to the loaner vehicle. They took care of her all the way and I want to say thank you, Thank you very much.
I brought my 2014 Jeep to Jeffrey's AutoBody after a front end collision. At first, my insurance was not going to pay for new/original parts, as my policy only covers me for after market parts. Jeff met with the appraiser from my insurance and explained why new parts need to be used.
