CEI they were awesome
Dr. Zink is a very knowledgeable and dedicated doctor. I stay with CEI primarily because of the dedicated work of Dr. Zink. The wait times seem way too long !
Dr. Zink is consistently professional, thorough and constantly makes me feel he is truly concerned about my ongoing glaucoma status. I do not like the 1 to 3 hour wait times that I have had in the CEI waiting rooms.
CEI IS AN INSTITUTE WHICH REALLY CARES ABOUT THERE PATIENTS AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. THE DR. AND SPECIALIST ARE CAREING AND COURTEOUS, ALSO PROFESSIONAL. I FEEL AS THOUGH I'M IN GOOD COMPANY WHEN IM AT CEI INSTITUTE , THEY REALLY DO CARE.
The evening of January 30, 2025 a small foreign object got into my right eye. After trying for several hours to wash it out and finally going to bed it became obvious that the pain was not going to go away nor was I going to be able to get any rest without the help of an eye doctor. I called the emergency call center and Dr Zink met me at the Blue Ash office and helped with my discomfort, I left his office at 20 minutes to two in the morning. Thank you Dr. Zink
