I had a appointment (after two months) with Dr Jeffrey Zeitung, when I arrived to to appointment, they told me the Dr Zeitung had a conference and he wouldn’t be able to see me and they would reschedule my appointment, today (3 days after) when I tried to confirm my appointment, there was no appointment, I called and explained my situation to front desk person, and the lady put me on hold for 15 mins without explaining anything, this is the worse customer service I ever had from a health provider!
I just had a procedure with Dr. Zeitung and I feel very lucky to be one of his patients. My husband took me to Dr. Zeitung recently, After at least one year of suffering, with bladder issues and my husband taking me to different specialists,, Dr. Zeitung is the one that diagnosed me accurately, on my first appointment Additionally, I noticed that Dr. Zeitung, has an excellent bedside manner, with all the medical issues that I have, for me that’s important. Dr. Zeitung performed surgery on me and his work and bedside manner were exemplary. Also kudos to his excellent staff. I am very confident for a full recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Zeitung to ANYONE in need of top-notch urologist.

The doctors are great but the staff is rude and as unhelpful as possible. I called to reschedule an appointment today and the rude young woman (I think her name was May) abruptly hung up on me before the conversation was finished so I was unable to reschedule my appointment. I called back and explained what just happened to the next receptionist. No apology, no empathy…just as rude. They act like they hate doing their job and want to be done talking with you as soon as possible. 👎👎👎
