Mr Winter met with me in my home town a year ago and he was so nice and so professional.. He let me know up front what would happen and what I should expect and he took care to include me on all decisions.. I would 1000% recommend Mr. Winter and his staff if you have a DBA case.. Don't know what is going on with Mr Winter, but I have been insulted and accused of being disrespectful because I ask to speak with what I thought was my attorney? I would like to know one or two conversations on almost a year isn't acceptable.. Wish Jeff the best in his practice. In my opinion he should consider retirement.
