Beware sometimes free consults aren't worth the change This clinic needs major improvement. I cant believe how they can get away with talking about other patients out loud and get to see the paperwork of other patients. I also was charged for ice packs when I didn't even use them when I asked about it they were surprised I looked at my bill. Isn't that insurance fraud. Needs improvements The clinic looks really nice, but I was not thrilled with how things are handled. When you enter, right there on the desk is a pile of papers. All these papers are your patient information, and I saw enough to not return to this clinic. They also openly talk about other patients who come in, and use their names. Like, "Oh, John Doe is coming in!" Or, the time I came in and had to hear about the front desk woman's teenaged daughter doing well on a test. A comfortable place to get straightened up I was in there for some backaches. They took an xray and checked me over. Next the talked over with me my options: what they wanted to do vs. what I could afford; they came up with a compromise that really helped me. I was able to get my back fixed for a very resonable rate. The people are very friendly and caring here.
