Excellent physician and staff. Dr. Wasserman, with 20+ years of experience, listened to our issues and after the appropriate tests, made excellent recommendations for my care. He is a very knowledgeable and caring. Definitely would recommend.
Have been in pain a long time and trying to get a shot in my knee as this practice recommended. Saw the PA first and then was supposed to see the doctor but they changed me to a telemedicine visit with an NP to get me scheduled for a knee injection. But then to get that knee injection they say I have to drive to Forney which is a long drive for me and I don't like driving long distances and places I'm not familiar with, that's why I go to places nearby in the first place. Has been stringing my mom along for a while with all these visits but has "no availability" for procedure unless she drives to Forney. Very frustrating and disorganized practice that does not seem to care about the patient experience.
Dr. Wasserman is very knowledge and has help me with my back pain. Very professional and personal.
