My experience with this doctor was extremely unprofessional. He claimed that he had informed us not to bring children to the appointments, which in our six years of visits, we had never been told. We don't have a big family or people we trust with our special needs children. This doctor had the audacity to call my autistic son a crybaby and said that his crying was going to irritate him and put him in a bad mood. Dr. Jeffrey was so inconsiderate so rude. I could not believe it I was shocked at how rude a mental evaluation doctor could be to somebody. I left that place so upset I don’t recommend him to your worst enemy!!! I’m still upset and it’s been almost an hour after my doctors appointment. I can’t believe someone could be so mean and nasty to a patient like.
Dr. Viers clinic really helped me. I did 10 sessions of neurofeedback therapy, and counseling at the same time. It changed my life and the way I cope with my anxiety/depression. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Viers and his staff for helping me.

My daughter called after seeing this person and was distraught. He made assumptions without info and was very rude. Before he was even finished, he was trying to get her to "buy" additional services. This seems to be a money grab and should not be called a mental health professional. Believe all the reviews. Go ANYWHERE else.
