I came to this “doctor” at a very vulnerable point in my life looking for help & he was incredibly inappropriate during our “evaluation”… after our “appointment” he took my phone number from my paper work and texted me asking to go out on a date (specifically a “Pink Floyd laser light show”) pretty sure the guy is married with children & I’m certain he shouldn’t have a license. Do not go to this excuse for a doctor.
My experience with this doctor was extremely unprofessional. He claimed that he had informed us not to bring children to the appointments, which in our six years of visits, we had never been told. We don't have a big family or people we trust with our special needs children. This doctor had the audacity to call my autistic son a crybaby and said that his crying was going to irritate him and put him in a bad mood. Dr. Viers clinic really helped me. I did 10 sessions of neurofeedback therapy, and counseling at the same time. It changed my life and the way I cope with my anxiety/depression. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Viers and his staff for helping me.
Dr. Jeffrey was so inconsiderate so rude. I could not believe it I was shocked at how rude a mental evaluation doctor could be to somebody. I left that place so upset I don’t recommend him to your worst enemy!!! I’m still upset and it’s been almost an hour after my doctors appointment. I can’t believe someone could be so mean and nasty to a patient like.
Extremely disappointed in our appointment. He barely spoke to my son, and all he did was write my answers to the questionnaires in his final report. We went to Vanderbilt for a second opinion, where the doctor asked my son questions that more accurately made a diagnosis. Would NOT refer anyone to see Viers.
