If I could rate them 0 stars I would but it sucks that you can't. I was trying to help a family member out by making their first payment of $500 on April 23, 2018 since they were not able to make the payment. Since I live in AZ I called in and spoke with Joe to make the payment and when talking to Joe I made it very clear that they only had my authorization to charge my card that one time only.
