Dr. Jeffrey W Liu, is one of FIRST doctors that I am very satisfied with. He is very knowledgeable. I am so happy that he could help me with my correct eye glass numbers, no one can believe that I was in 5 different states that I went to Ophthalmologists or any optometrist and each time the number of the lens they prescribed for me was not the right one and I was soooo disappointed till I found Dr. Liu through Yelp reviews. This doctor was abrupt, raised his voice in annoyance & he was not very thorough. Also the billing was terrible. I submitted a co-pay before going into the appointment & then was sent a $186 bill w/o any explanation of the charges. Totally not worth it & will not go again.
Dr Liu has been my doctor for a few years now. I had an eye procedure done with him. I appreciate the care and the professionalism given by the doctor and his staff.
Such an incredible experience with Dr. Liu at Peninsula Laser Eye Medical Group. All of his staff were incredible, he was very knowledgeable, he and his team performed a very comprehensive exam. Super excited to get Lasik done with him - I feel very confident after meeting him! Thanks Dr. Liu.
I can't comment on the Dr., only the office practices. I don't understand why the office makes appointments for 12pm, knowing that the daily scheduled lunch hours are from 12-1p, making their clients wait nearly an hour after completing 5-10mins of paperwork (which could easily have been completed online prior to the appointment). There were also two other sets of people in the office waiting at around 1215/1230 for Drs. who would not arrive until 1p. Terrible practice that shows a lack of respect for others time.
