Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Yes, it is very conveniently located Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed
