I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Van. He seemed distant and impersonal, not taking the time to fully understand my condition. His bedside manner was poor; after my endoscopy, he briefly stopped by for a minute said we will hear from them leaving my wife even more confused and when the results came back in the only followed up i got was a one-line email. leaving me with no answer, My condition worsened, i had to find a a new doctor and discovered I was on the wrong medication due to Dr. Van’s lack of attention. He didn't explain my conditions well, which left me feeling confused and unsure about my health. I also didn't trust his decisions as a provider; he seemed distant and preoccupied during our interactions. His bedside manner was awful, adding to my overall dissatisfaction. I wouldn't recommend him based on my experience.
The doctor is/was exceptional. It's sad he is leaving.
The office is disorganized and the doctors are overbooked, causing them to be inattentive.
Very in depth and talked to me as a friend, would highly recommend
