Dr. Summers is thorough, professional and determined to reduce your pain as much as possible. The staff is great. They try their best to get you as comfortable as possible. With back pain, your quality of life is definitely an issue and Dr. Summers does his best to relieve you of your pain burden. I’m grateful for every day I can get out of bed. If he doesn’t feel like it’s helpful, necessary or safe then he won’t perform the intervention. I recommend Dr. Summers for your interventional needs.
The check in nurse was friendly and was great with the IV port. Everyone in the injection group was friendly and professional. Dr. Summers takes the time to listen to you and explain’s his thoughts with you. Great doctor, great staff, and a clean facility. I would highly recommend Dr. Summers to any one.
He was very understanding about my pain an what I was going, an he put my health first,an tried to come up with a very quick solution to help me to better.

Doc Summers is great knows his stuff. His NP Messers is good too. The Receptionist thru me off this time. We were 6 minutes late. We drive well over 2 hours 2 see Summers and ran into construction and potholes being filled coming into Jackson. She greeted me with you're late. I tried to call to let them know and no one answered the phone. Otherwise Neusouth is great.
Quick, honest and professional. A day later and still no pain. My last words were, “Doc, you got this?” He laughed and said “Oh, yeah”. Glad I went.

I had a herniated disk in my neck, with persistent pain. I had to walk around with my left arm on my head. Dr. Summers quickly diagnosed the problem, confirmed with scans, and fast-tracked me to surgery. Can't say enough good things about this doctor and his associates.
Was very surprised at how condescending Jeff is towards his patients. Tried to have a discussion after a procedure and he refused to listen to the patient's account of events which led to a decision not to have what was perceived by the patient to be a medically unnecessary procedure, prior to the procedure he performed on this day. Very poor bedside manner. We should've realized that there are issues with the clinic when we walked in and saw a sign prominently displaying the grievance process.
