Dr.FRANCO helped clear my esr. He and his staff were very friendly and Dr.Franco explained the procedure clearly. All went well.
He had treated me since I was a baby. Helped me with so many ear infections and was willing to take my tonsils out when I was 16! I had a weird autoimmune problem & my body decided to attack my tonsils every two weeks. It was never strep, never an infection, nothing. Just recurring nasty looking throat every two weeks that they sent me home from school for a lot. He went up to bat with my insurance for it too, I’m pretty sure. If i could give Dr. Fierstien and staff a 0/5 stars i would. Could not get anyone to follow up with me after my appointment and submitting my testing results. I had to call them multiple times to find out they were going to nothing for me. I went to another ENT and was told it was just a basic ear infeciton. What a joke of a practice. Wish i had not gone here in the first place.
Dr Fierstein used to be the best!!! He has lost his edge totally!!! Office staff never returned my calls of concern after being told the office manager would!!! Then after payment was received they called. Never will I recommend or step foot in this office again
do not recommend this doctor to anybody that is a veteran. They do not do anything with veteran stuff or champ VA, that takes care of the children of veterans.
