RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I got chased out of there with torches practically because I simply asked a question. They are very confrontational and you are to bite your lip and say NOTHING while you get talked down to. I should have headed the warnings of friends but against my better judgement I went with them anyway. They messed up on two separate eye orders. Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription? Absolutely, I can finally see well again!
Based on my experience, I would never recommend them to my friends or family. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am.
