I'm really impressed with Dr. Smith's willingness to listen, answer questions, and explain things. He is very personable and knowledgeabe. He has performed 2 EGDs, and 2 colonoscopies on me. The office staff is efficient and friendly.
He saw me on time at the office. He did a good job explaining things. He figured out what was wrong with me and got me feeling better.
He seemed to really care about what was going on with me.
I would strongly recommend NOT using Dr. Smith for gastrointestinal issues. He does not listen to anything you say about your opinions you may have in what may be the best way to treat your disorder.He has a predetermined methodology in treating all patients with no regard to what harm it may cause them. He does whatever the insurance companies instruct him to do. This quack almost killed me after I warned him the drug he prescribed me could have disasterous side effects on me.
