I prematurely gave a positive review. That was before I came to terms with the permanent damage that was caused because of the negligence of this clinic. I broke both of my arms at the same time on a Thursday evening; I had to go to the ER where they put splints on both arms. I was seen the following Monday at dr. Seip clinic. Despite being completely incapacitated, I was required to provide an archaic CD of the X-rays from the ER. Front desk is Not helpful at all .the office is nearly Impossible to find there is no signage to direct new patients. The wait is long, many people waiting lengthy times. After calling to told them we were lost. ( They apologized and said "yes, we are aware its hard to find" we are in the back, and gave us the proper suite number) we had walked around the entire complex in 105 ° temperature. Appointment is 1:50pm checked in at 1:52pm. It's 2:45pm no room but folks came in after my mother's appointment got in with rooms finished. The experience was horrible service but I feel it's not going to get any better cause it's the high desert. Most of the patients are old or middle age to young adults live life like daredevils.(Update we finally got a room 2:47pm but still waiting.) Concerns regarding my recent experiences at the Yucca Valley office. I want to begin by stating that the physician Dr. Seip I saw was efficient and professional. My complaint is not about the medical care itself, but about the communication and conduct of the front office staff.
