Concerns regarding my recent experiences at the Yucca Valley office. I want to begin by stating that the physician Dr. Seip I saw was efficient and professional. My complaint is not about the medical care itself, but about the communication and conduct of the front office staff. I broke both my arms and the care I have received has been exceptional. I have two very modern removable casts that allow me to feed and bathe independently. I appreciated being shown x-rays large on the computer screen showing the factures. The reason I can't give 5 stars is the reception staff. They are dismissive, condescending, and rude. HOWEVER, this will change. I spoke with the new clinic manager, Monique, and she is extremely kind, listens well, and is very receptive.

Dr Seip have left me where I can't walk. He did surgery on my leg in 2022 I am still having problems. The plate he put in my leg is hitting the bone. I broke my femur. I have fallen at least 6 times. My leg just goes out. If you see this dr just run. I wish I could give him 0' stars
