Took excellent care of my wife who had a medical condition that made her eye care difficult. He was always patient and understanding

I thought Mootz Clinic had integrity. I was wrong. My family had been going there for many years and it was generally satisfactory, but once a hiccup occurred, their actions were rude, inflammatory and dishonorable. While I won't go into detail here, I've given it much calm thought and can no longer support Mootz clinic. Their lack of customer service and attention to detail is appalling, both from one of the doctors and select staff. Excessive prices and insults don't retain customers. Sad.
