This is long because I'm annoyed. Was looking forward to having lower blepharoplasty done and the consult with him went very well, however everything after that was a mess. I chose him because he's one of the few who will do it under local anesthesia. I'm not sure if it was because his surgical coordinator then went on vacation for a little while, but nothing was followed through on then and I had to repeatedly call to follow up. The staff at Dr. Schiller's office are AMAZING!!!!! Liz and all the people at the front desk are as sweet as pie!!! Eva is sooo kind and patient!!! She will explain things in full detail and always make you feel comfortable!!! Nicole is AWESOME!!!! She knows exactly what she is doing!!! She is a perfectionist!!!! May5, 2015. I love Dr. Schiller!! He is honest about what you need and don't need. He listens and I wish he did facelifts because soon I will need one . Eva is wonderful, feels like a friend and Nicole is a wonderful addition "she really knows her stuff". When I do need their expertise I look forward to my visit. I feel like I am visiting family but leave better looking !!!
