Dr Satinover is very nice but the staff on the other hand is EXTREMELY rude. I made my first appointment at which they collected my first time patient fee. This included a $90 copay. I asked the secretary how behind the dr was running because I had to be at work later on. She replied, “well you were late too”. Which fine, I did arrive there 5 mins late. I wait for 30 more mins at which time I had to leave and asked if I could reschedule. Meanwhile I knew that having to reschedule would mean I would be out of medication but I... read more
