I want to start this off by saying I am a super nervous patient and hate meeting new doctors (and rarely go), so I’m normally pretty anxious when visiting. Despite this, Dr. Zapalac made me feel human, was kind, listened, and overall was just wonderful. Not to mention he was super gentle and informative with the care I received. I highly recommend him if you need someone who knows what they’re doing and who also cares about your wellbeing and finding a plan that best suits your care needs!
Years ago I was under the care of another physician and was often sick 5-6 times/year. I went to Dr. Zapalac and he implemented a different treatment strategy. In a very short time my sinus incidents became infrequent, now only 1 every 12-18 months. His bedside manner is very calming. I highly recommend him as your next ENT physician!
Very friendly and professional I had a great experience here. They took care of my problem in the office. Will definitely be back to see Dr Zapalac
