Dr. Zapalac performed a surgery on my son and did an outstanding job. He was very thorough explaining the procedure to us, and the outcome was excellent with no complications. This included a very nice cosmetic incision closure which was important with the visible location of the neck surgery. So very glad we found Dr. Zapalac for my son’s diagnosis and treatment.
This is the ENT I've been looking for. Dr. Zapalac was thorough, professional and a great communicator. I left confident in his diagnosis.
Doctor Zapalac and his staff took excellent care of me. Everything was very efficient and smooth. I had a lot of side questions to my otherwise minor needs, but he patiently (and briefly) answered every concern that I had in mind. Pricing was fair. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly (smiles go such a long way). The office was remarkably clean, to the point that my wife and I both mentioned it standing out. I would definitely return here if ENT needs arise again.
