Dr. Zapalac and his staff are very cordial and spend time with you. I have been a patient for many years along with my two sons. If you ears, nose or throat is bothering you, please visit Austin ENT.
Dr. Zapalac listened to our concerns, provided feedback and surgery was not needed after all!
Had stuffed ear with wax and dr. Zapalac did a great job explaining why it happens and removing it. Also recommended a hearing test afterwards which turned out fine

Going to see a Dr isn't my favorite thing, but I had a concern about my throat so made an appt. If you have to see an ENT Dr, I'd say book with Dr. Zapalac. The office staff was kind and easy to understand, and the Dr himself was patient and understanding. I had an idea of what I thought the issue was, but wanted it confirmed, and he was very informative and practical. Another aspect is that he wasn't a big fan of pushing pharmaceuticals.
