Dr Zapalac has been amazing. He did the procedure to place tubes for our toddler a couple years ago and has been very thorough with the whole process from pre-surgery to follow ups over the last two years until he recently removed the tubes in office. He has been very patient and gave thorough explanations of everything. We have been pleased with him as well as the office staff as a whole!
I was having some sinus issues again due to allergies and Dr. Zapalac was very helpful and had great advice as to how to control what was going on. Would definitely recommend.
