Great experience!
Had an amazing experience at Embody. Came in with sciatica issues which had riddled me for over a month. Within 3 visits I was back to my fighting self. Very personable people as well who are there to genuinely help and dont just look at you as a dollar sign. Will be back regularly!
I went to see Jeff after my leg went numb and I had no idea why. It turns out I had a pinched nerve in my low back. We worked together for a few weeks and it was amazing! Jeff sees the big picture and has many modalities to improve symptoms including spinal decompression, cupping, massage and adjustments. Everyone at Embody are wonderful! Dr Logan is wonderful and makes me feel great again. No more pain management, surgery or physical therapy that just masks the pain. Just great adjustments!
Update: Had to come see Dr. Logan for an extremely locked up knee. He did extensive soft tissue work to loosen some knots which was incredibly helpful. After that we did electro-acupuncture to work those muscles some more and to finish he gave me some stetches to do at home to keep the healing going. He even let me video him doing the stretches so I can ensure I'm doing them correctly. I have my freedom of movement back and more optimism about my knee health in general.
