THE BEST KIND OF BUTT KICKING I NEED. I've been training at Embody for over a year and having my butt kicked by Jeff on a bi-weekly basis. Its a good kind of butt kicking...the kind that I hate when I'm in it, but feel great about when I'm done. I love that my little Tu/Th class has become my people inside and outside the Gym. We cheer each others wins, push each other, support each other's livelihoods, and have coffee together. Dr. O’Guin and his colleague have really hit the nail on the head when it comes to whole person wellness, and it’s so refreshing — Embody encompasses so many areas that affect our wellbeing. From adjustments to PT, strength work, massage therapy, etc., it’s all offered under one roof. They are filled with wisdom (that they truly want to share!) and as a client, I’ve been able to heal in a variety of ways and I feel soooo good after every visit! So thankful!
I’m so thankful for this gym and the intentionality that every personal trainer brings. I struggle with back and knee pain and was nervous to start working out again, but Jeff and his team at Embody have helped me feel stronger, safer, and more confident with every session. Their personalized approach to fitness and recovery has made such a difference. If you’re looking for personal training in St. Louis, especially if you’re recovering from injury, I can’t recommend this place enough!
Any time I've had issues with my back and scheduled an appointment, Dr O'Guin was able to correct it. Dr O'Guin will make the necessary adjustments, but then also provide exercises to strengthen the muscles to help the adjustment hold and prevent future issues.
