Dr Kneisel was amazing in explaining my diagnosis in detail and what to expect from the moment I initially saw him through my surgery and with every follow up visit. He and his staff are very compassionate and take time to answers questions. I have never felt like "just another patient" with Dr Kneisel. He is truly amazing!! I might add that I am so glad that God placed in my path when I was going through a challenging health experience!
Dr. Kneisl is the best surgeon and overall the kindest and most attentive doctor I have ever had.
Overall great. The parking and large building is a bit overwhelming but once I got to the check in desk it was fine. They walked me right to where I needed to be. The nurse (Jenna I think) was the best. I needed blood work and was limited on time due to another appointment. She called around and got me in to another place right away. She called me the day before my scan and made sure I knew what was needed for the prep and where I was going. Super nice. The doc was great too, very nice. They make a great team.
