Go in for a cleaning and he charges $495 for 1/4 your mouth without telling you so -- and he isn't a periodontist. He said I needed a bridge. After that a Georgetown U. graduate dentist gave me the full cleaning for $210 and he said my teeth are fine. Ackerman has to advertise so much; no one goes more than once.

Okay, I didn't really LOVE it, but it was as enjoyable an experience you'll have at a dentist. That seemed worth the five stars. Every member of the staff was very friendly and courteous, and I didn't have to wait very long at any point. It ended up that I needed some additional minor work done and they were able to do it right away, rather than having to return at a later date.
