I have been unsuccessful numerous times trying to get my medication for my appointment. The doctor lied to myself and the pharmacist saying to me he already approved and told pharmacy not to fill till the next day (after my appointment) I have been in massive pain and in an out of hospital since Friday but he physically told me “i don’t know how to help you” But your a doctor!? What!?
I chose a primary physician and was to have had my initial visit, but the incompetent individual at that office change it to Dr. Rosenwinkel's office, who's completely unaffiliated with my primary of choice. Imagine my surprise when I learned that only at the visit with Dr. Rosenwinkel. However, as astounded as I was about that, his technician, Brittany, put me at ease, was friendly yet professional, and respectfully listened to me. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Dr. Rosenwinkle and the practice manager where I was asked to leave my sons appointment who is a young adult. My son had asked me to attend the appointment for better understanding, communication and advocacy due to multiple labs that were in question and considered abnormal. Just moved back to the area after 10+ years and had my 1st patient visit with a couple of medical concerns at the location in Lakemoor with Dr. Rosenwinkle. He listens well and answers all questions thoroughly. Didn't feel rushed and felt like came out of there with thought out next steps. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a new primary doctor.
