Dr Ratusznik did the surgery on my back in 2021and has diligently check up on me once a year. The surgery was successful. He is very personable and patiently answers every question. Excellent bedside manners
He should work on his communication and facial expressions when working with the patient. Also compassion and genuine concern should be given. Patients come to doctors like him to get help not to feel belittled or brushed off.
