Dr. Ward’s nurses and staff are extremely kind, as is Dr. Ward. Unfortunately, he is not very understanding as far as pain goes. I have been to the ER three times in the past three months for ovarian pain, and each time I’m sent home and told to follow up with Dr. Ward. The most recent visit was a few days ago and I was told to see Dr. Ward as soon as possible.
