I cannot recommend Dr. Jeffrey R. Levin for neurological care. Under his supervision, my health worsened, and his treatment practices were ineffective. His bedside manner was highly unprofessional; he did not listen and clearly did not care about my well-being. My seizures were ultimately resolved by a doctor in Mexico. I now see Dr. Alise Pham, DO, in San Diego for my follow-up care. She is amazing, incredibly attentive, and deeply caring—the complete opposite of the experience I had with Dr. Levin.

I had an appointment scheduled with this doctor. When I arrived, I was told by the receptionist that he was an hour and a half behind schedule. I asked to reschedule the appointment and was given a date four months in the future. I decided to cancel the appointment, as there’s no guarantee that this situation wouldn’t happen again. As a patient, you’re expected to arrive on time and you’re also expected to reschedule 24 hours in advance, otherwise you typically incur a fee. Regardless of how good of a doctor he may be, he is COMPLETELY disrespectful of the time of his patience and anyone else he works with be being OVER 3 HRS late ON THE REGULAR in keeping his appointment times. Per the staff they have tried everything but he continually shows up late to the office fpr regular appointments. WHY??? Just retire already if you hate your job. And it's not even because he's attending to emergencies, he's just inconsiderate and rude.

He NEVER shows up on time so every. Single. Patient. That shows up for an appointment gets pushed back and back. I waited 4 hours and almost no one got called back. I was there 2 hours early for my appt and ended up waiting at bare min 4 hrs. They told me nothing was wrong with my brain, so then tell me. WHY am I missing days, or weeks, with very few or absolutely no recollection, and NOW full on seizures. AND NO ONE IS HELPING ME.
