Dr. Laduca is amazing!! Such a great experience here, staff is helpful and super friendly!
Poor customer service, receptionist offered a date that I said that wouldn’t work we decided on a later date. She scheduled me for the first appointment offer which I had declined. This was after I spent 5 minutes standing in the check out window while she argued another patients bill. I left a voicemail but haven’t heard back yet. Will probably look elsewhere.
I have ALWAYS been treated very well in Dr Laduca's Auburn office by the staff They are most accommodating. Dr Laduca is a most knowledgeable and capable MD. He is caring and listens! I give ALL, the 5 STARS
Went to the Skaneateles office 2023. Not very friendly. The tech barely looked me over. I previously had Dr. Forseman who checked EVERY INCH of me. Thought i would transfer to Auburn but saw the reviews were not any better. OK, off to Syracuse.
