I will never forget Dr. Porte's callous, nonchalant attitude when my spouse was losing our baby (in the 2nd trimester). It was routine for him but we were devastated. He offered no options & spoke as if we were discussing a lunch order, as we stood in an exam room. His demeanor with patients needs a lot of work. I've steered several people away from his practice because it is simply unacceptable.
Dr Porte delivered both of my children (17 years apart). He handled my emergency cesarean well with my first son, and supported me while I made the decision if I wanted to try to VBAC or not. He was supportive when I chose to have a repeat cesarean with my 2nd. I am not sure why he has negative reviews on here, I think he’s a skilled doctor and I would recommend him.
I don’t know why there’s such bad reviews for him. I think he’s the best! I love Doctor Porte. I had a D&C with him and he delivered my daughter. No issues or problems at all.
