He has completely ghosted patients and has not provided any type of continuation of care. I’ve been without medication for almost a month after 4 years thanks to him

It’s so disheartening to trust someone with your health care only to be taken advantage of and screwed over. Be careful.
Dr. Polekoff has been my doctor for a while, or I guess I should say was since he never responded to my last message and had me transferred to another doctor without so much as a word after charging me for care/services that were never rendered.
