Dr Phillips is a good Doctor. His staff is rude and inconsiderate. My prescription has not been working for me since March. After spending tons of money on different glasses thinking they maybe weren’t measured correctly, only to find out the prescription is too strong, they want me to pay out of pocket for another exam in order to get my prescription corrected. Dr. Phillips is the very best eye doctor there is. He is patient and is very theral
One of the worst office visits I have ever had. He told me he didn't accept my insurance, and then I had to pay cash. Finding out they did take my Insurance. Then the glasses they wanted to sell me were overly priced, and they told me Trivex was the only lense that is adequate for the frame. I want to Costco and got the frame with SVD for 1/3 the price from this Clown. Avoid this place at all cost they will Nickle and dime you for everything.
