My appointment with Dr. Paulsen was on time and went well. He spent a lot of time giving me information and discussing my issue. He was in no rush. I was nervous going in but he made me feel at ease. I look forward to my follow up appointment.
The appointment went well.The nurse was very helpful and nice .I appreciated Dr Paulsen’s “presence “ with me asking questions related to my concerns and reviewing my chart.He seemed genuinely helpful and that he cared how he treats his pacientei about their care and what is the right way to approach each situation.This was my very first experience ever with Dr Paulsen.I appreciated his directness and courteousness at the same time without exaggerating in any direction.He also intentionally listen to what I had to say and ha... read more
Dr Paulsen spent a lot of time with me and provided all of the information I needed. It was nice having a doctor listen to my concerns and respond with information that was very useful to my health moving forward.
Dr. Palsen and the staff were great. He listened to me, explained things, and I did not feel rushed. The staff were friendly and efficient.
