If I could give zero stars I would. Made a 2 pm appointment. Nowhere was I ever communicated to be there at 145pm. Just early, as shown in text images to confirm. I arrived at 155 and was told I could not fill out paperwork and appointment was cancelled. This makes you look like an office that communicates poorly with patients and does not truly operate in the best interest of the patients.
Dr. Parrett had great bedside manner and technique. I was thoroughly impressed with his care and the warmth and attention-to-detail from his staff. Would recommend.

In initial visit, I asked for a quick assessment of my foot without going into a lot of tests, etc. The doctor agreed to do this and spent about 5 minutes with me to let me know it would likely heal on its own and just do XYZ. Then I got a bill for $360! So that's $3,120/hr for the office. The advice just wasn't much more than I would get on YouTube, so the "peace of mind" fee was totally a waste.
Dr. Parrett is so caring! Great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients.
