Was abusive to my mother when she went for her eye shots. We went and found her a new doctor.
Dr. Parnell is as good as a physician as I've ever seen. Knowledgeable, personable, and extremely competent. My retinal issue was very serious, but II wa in good hands. The office was well run and considerate.
I was referred to Retina Services of Illinois by my ophthalmologist for further diagnosis. It was straightforward to setup an appointment. However, on the day of consultancy very few things went well. The overall time spent by me was about 3 hours, out of which I was waiting for most of the time. Other than the time for the tests, the doctor spent hardly 10 minutes with me. The explanation was so fast and complicated - I don't think a person with no medical background can understand that.
