Stopped in for a visit with lingering cold like symptoms because my Dr was not available and referred me to their office. Just wanted to get some blood work and maybe an antibiotic. Dr Hickman is an amazing provider ! New to practice office staff was efficient Michele RN was very personable also. Spent a great amount of time with Dr Hickman, very thorough answered questions and discussed recommendations, outstanding bedside manner I was not afraid to discuss my concerns with her . Dr. Naman was very professional, answered questions, follow up visits were just as good. Day of surgery stopped in and asked if I had any questions.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR.IRVING GOTTFRIED,I HAVE BEEN UNDER HIS CARE SINCE MARCH 2020. NOTHING HE PRESCRIBED OR RECCOMMENDED HAS WORKED FOR MY HEALTH CONDITION.. I HAVE NEVER SEEN HIM IN PERSON. MY CONDITION IS GETTING WORST AND HE DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE A CLUE AS WHAT TO DO. I WILL PROBABLY NEED TOSEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP WITH ANOTHER DOCTOR..
Due to bleeding ulcer, I had to have an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time. Dr. Gottfried was wonderful and treated/solved my problem with great skill. True, his bedside manor is not warm and fuzzy, but he is an excellent gastroenterologist. I’ve recommended him to friends and family.

He is very caring and knowledgeable doctor. One of, if not the best doctor I ever had. Willing to listen and address any questions you have. Willing to work with you to help you make the medical choices best for your personal situation and needs.
I could give this so called “doctor” negative stars I would. I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of knowledge from a “medical professional” in my life. She constantly contradicts herself which is probably attributable to her lack of listening skills. She also could care less to look more into what your symptoms are stemming from especially if she has to lift a finger to do it. She is absolutely disrespectful and has zero bedside manner.
