Please heed the warnings of Carlos- I had a similar experience. Jeffrey submitted fraudulent claims to my insurance company for sessions that never took place. When I expressed that I felt like this was a violation of trust and unethical, he responded with a prompt from ChatGPT and claimed that “this just happens sometimes and will no longer be working with Aetna” As if the insurance company was to blame. Please seek services elsewhere by a more competent and ethical therapist.

I have coordinated care with Jeff Ray, LMHC on several of our mutual cases in which I was working with the couple and he was working with one of the partners on addiction and PTSD related issues. In all of the situations, our mutual client benefited greatly & I am grateful to have a clinician like him on the treatment team! Thanks Jeff! You make a difference!

Dr Jeff is one of the best ptsd therypisti know,he is so patient and understanding.we did different types of therapy like EMDR.when I first started I was not able to leave my home,now I'm able to see my future as something that I can now enjoy with my friends and family.

Jeff is a fantastic therapist. He is definitely one of a kind. He goes to great lengths to make sure you are doing everything for yourself to get yourself better. I have been going to Jeff for 5 years now and it has completely changed my life. I wouldn’t be where I am today without Jeff. Keep up the great work!

Jeff's focus on transparency, and flexibility are what set his practice apart from typical therapists. Jeff's ability to create a relaxing and comfortable environment makes building solutions to trauma easier. Jeff's willingness to work around scheduling and to combine remote and in person care makes his practice even safer. I am extremely thankful for Jeff and his level of care. I have been seeing Jeff for over a year now, and highly recommend him.
