Dr. Flash performed surgery on my left ankle in May 2020. The results were okay but i continued to have pain on the medial side of my left ankle. Dr. Flash informed that I did not need to do rehab after repairing my ATFL and CFL as well as performing prp for my deltoid ligament and posterior tibial tendon. He simply stated that walking would be my rehab and a couple of months later he stated that calf raises could be down to strengthen it more which was bad advice in the short and long run.
