THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I paid $3,000 for Invisalign treatment after finding out about them at a Sam’s club since they were running a promotion. Dr. Jeffrey Osborne is not even license by the State of Texas as a Dentist (you can look up their license). This facility is closed, they only did the initial exam and gave me 4 sets of retainers (1 set per week). I was suppose to be in a 1 year program.
