I needed an emergency appointment for my 4-year-old daughter to see an ophthalmologist, and the entire team was absolutely exceptional! The front desk, Cookie from the back office, and Dr. Nudelman all went above and beyond. It’s nerve-racking enough to deal with a sick child — even as a healthcare provider, being a mom in that moment is tough — but they made everything so much easier. We had a great experience at the office this morning with our 6 year old. The staff was really incredible with him; patient, flexible, kind and you can tell really enjoyed working with kids. Dr. Nudelman was terrific. Very personable, did not waste time, thoroughly evaluated my son's eyes, was making conversation with him about his sibling and kindergarten (mind you he has never met us before) and explained everything to me in common language. Dr.Nudelman used to be my eye doctor and he had excellent service when I was a child now that my son is his patient they still have great staff and service. He has so much patience with children and that comes in handy when trying to examine their eyes.
I made an appointment for my child on May 1. The earliest slot I could get was August 12. They just called today (end of July) to cancel my appointment. When I called back, the earliest available appointment is in mid October. May be a great doctor, but not worth waiting five months to be seen! Will be going elsewhere.
