dr. John is very caring, he takes time and explains all your conditions and medication’s.
Dr. Bernard is a very good Doctor, listens well, offers strong advice. However there are major issues with the Covenant Health scheduling department and patient communications. I used the patient portal to communicate. I rec'd a text saying my appointment was a certain date and time. It was incorrect so I emailed and texted a reply. The response was nonsensical. Dr Brandon is a breath of fresh air in the health care world. He takes time to listen to your concerns and his advice and treatment has been spot on. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Dr Brandon to anyone who is seeking a neurologist .

He takes the time needed with you. Doesn't watch the clock, doesn't type on the computer or dictate into a machine. You have his full attention. He's caring and reassuring. I have had meniscus repair and hip replacement, my husband had his knee replaced, all by Dr Simpson. He came highly recommended to us and we have done the same.
Dr John is the best! I’ve been a patient of his for 20 plus years and have received excellent care.
Dr. Hall is thorough, attentive to any and all questions with complete explanations, and takes the time to do so. Great sense of humor, too. His staff are all fantastic on phone calls and personal interactions. I am not easily impressed but, I will keep this group as my caretakers as long as possible.
My experience was deeply disappointing and harmful. Despite presenting with complex, worsening medical symptoms, I was dismissed without proper evaluation or care stating it was 'anxiety'. I explained that my symptoms were not anxiety and that may be a symptom of the medical gaslighting and medical sexism I was experiencing.
