Wish I could give these folks 10 stars, no joke. Took my Nissan in for service for an airbag issue (and a few other things, too). Another dealer admitted they couldn’t figure it out, but recommended “trying” replacing 2 parts that would have been over $2 grand to experiment. Another (independent) mechanic was sure it was one of those parts but it was unavailable. Steve @ Jeffrey actually *listened* to the circumstances of the failure and they just did a factory reset, and no parts involved. YAY!! Appreciate their stick to it... read more

Steve and his crew at the dealership did a wonderful job getting us going again. My diagnosis…..a funny noise when I made a right hand turn. They actually fixed the problem. The beautiful, red, 2019 Rogue is still perfect for us! We are grateful.

I bought a used car from Maxton at Jeffery Nissan. I initially went in just to browse and get some information on cars. The plan was to look at a Kia Telluride, when I brought that to Max’s attention he quickly informed me of a Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition that they had available.
