I needed a local dealer and decided to go to Jeffrey Nissan to trade in my lease and get a new one. I started out by texting and I was responded to immediately. I told them what I wanted to put down and where I wanted my payments. Steve and the service team went above and beyond to have me back in my brand new Murano in less than 24 hours after a major unforeseen event that disabled my car. I had no interruption in my work or life whatsoever because of their dedication to customer service and satisfaction. They are all heroes in my eyes. The worst, avoid them at all cost
Bella and Anthony were very personable and accommodating. I come to this location all the time for my oil changes and repairs. I have a 2016 Rouge AWD that I'm trying to keep for as long as possible. This economy! Anyway, the staff are pleasant and I've gotten some discounts of expensive repairs. Also, shutting service was available to me within minutes 🙂 At my last repair I brought my 6yr old with me and Bella had no problem engaging with her and showing her different elements of the shop.
