Office staff is terrible! When you try to talk to them about a concern/problem they interrupt you and will not listen to you. I was told I had a $20 credit. The woman that told me wanted me to keep it on my account for future use. I told her I would like a check instead...I could tell she did not want to do this but I insisted. I had a mole removed on my buttocks and it left a penny sized scar. I had a plantars wart frozen and it returned. I called for an appointment to freeze it again and they would not see me asap they said the only availability was over 2 months away. Office staff not friendly.
