Having had a root canal the morning before my appointment to get that tooth temporary crowned by Dr. Montgomery, the area around the tooth and inner cheek was quite sore from all of the Novocain shots for the root canal on the prior day. Dr. Montgomery took such care in numbing that same painful area, that I did not even feel the expected slight pinch when he applied the Novocain shots!
