Reason for a 4 star and not a 5 is based on two items: 1) the initial phone call to make the appointment, unless I missed pressing a button or something, listening to the message of all that the place had-as impressive as it was, after a bit it became too lengthy and I just wanted to “cut to the chase” and make my appointment. (I understand the message now, but for the initial call in, it was a bit much). And 2) the person who brought me back to the room. Dr. Jeff Mendelson is the best. Listens to you, takes time with you and truly cares about what you are going through.
Still in severe pain after 2 yrs but to no avail surgery therapy even injections cannot help so I just deal with it ...and I thought I didn't have too all the Dr. pictures n the words look great on the profile just wish I could smile too...go for all the other patients though I just wish I was one of them and I simply don't understand why my pain is soóooo contagious to me.
Great staff, doctor & medical assistant was very nice
