Dr. Jeff was totally caring and explained everything perfectly!
Dr Jeffrey Mendelson brings great skill and experience to his patients. He has helped me to better understand my orthopedic needs before and after my surgery. I was provided with pre surgery physical therapy, which helped in my post surgery recovery.
Reason for a 4 star and not a 5 is based on two items: 1) the initial phone call to make the appointment, unless I missed pressing a button or something, listening to the message of all that the place had-as impressive as it was, after a bit it became too lengthy and I just wanted to “cut to the chase” and make my appointment. (I understand the message now, but for the initial call in, it was a bit much). And 2) the person who brought me back to the room.
