I give you 5 stars as a Dr. But 0 for your office people. Im not sure why any mother should feel shamed on wanting their child to be seen. Everytime i get scoffs and the look oh its you again. You are getting paid for a service so im not really sure what the problem is. Unfortunately I will be going to the stow Hudson location from now on. No mother should be made to feel ashamed or embarrassed for seeking medical advice and attention for their small child.
As a doctor, I like Dr. McRaven, but I have had exceptional difficulty dealing with the office staff in order to get required paperwork for school. Paperwork was promised the following day and then wasn't available, and then the next day paperwork wasn't complete. To compound the issue, they also turn their phones off 30 minutes before they close, which is extremely frustrating when you need an answer to a question like "Is the paperwork that you promised me three days ago that was incomplete two days ago available?"
Bro kept me alive through grade school W doctor
Both times my son has needed a sick visit since switching to this practice, he has been seen by Dr. McRaven. Both times i’ve felt like my son was getting great care and being thoroughly checked out. Definitely would recommend! Dr. Walker is also wonderful as our primary care pediatrician!
